Roy Rogers

I found out today that the Roy Rogers in Manchester, CT. closed over the weekend. From what I read in the Journal Inquirer, it was a sudden closure. I wish I knew it was closing because I would have went there for a bite since I was in Manchester on Saturday. I loved their roast beef sandwinches. I use to work at the Enfield restaurant years ago.
This is about the sixth restaurant to close in Manchester in the last year. I can't believe so many restaurants have closed in Manchester. The town is an active place. I never would have thought two places would close let alone six. Hopefully this economy can turn around and soon.

Personal info

I work at Burger King. I hate my job. Well, I don't hate it all the time, but most of the time. I have worked at numerous fast food places like Kenny Rogers Roasters, Roy Rogers and Arbys. Employees and customers have gotten stupid overtime. The employees I use to work with were a lot better than the ones I work with now. There are people in their 20s who have kids and they act worse than the 16 year-olds I use to work with. I think about the future and I have no hope. Sometimes I can't believe some of these people procreated.

Stupid customers

I hate it when customers don't know what the hell they ordered. And it has only been a few minutes. You tell them number 1 meal and they look at you with a stupid look on their faces. You tell them whopper, medium fry and drink then they point at the menu board above the counter and tells you I ordered a number 1. Come on people get some brains. Remember what you order. It's not hard.

BK virgins

The new ad campaign sucks. The whopper and Big Mac shown in the commercial don't even look like the real items. I think BK should go back to the drawing board with this campaign.
